PMJ confeziona i suoi prodotti con il TWARON® balistico, lo stesso utilizzato nella produzione di giubbotti antiproiettile, che si differenzia da tutti gli altri tessuti aramidici, grazie alla costruzione a navetta con intreccio trama/nastro. Il materiale ottenuto da questi filati innovativi è molto più resistente di molti altri, ma ovviamente anche molto più resistente. La resistenza è molto più elevata rispetto al “Kevlar”, ai tessuti di cotone, ai tessuti a maglia, alle fodere e al feltro.
PMJ è l'unica azienda che ha effettuato test di resistenza all'abrasione e al taglio sulle fibre aramidiche. Il test è lo stesso utilizzato per testare l'abbigliamento per motociclisti e fornisce valori noti in tutto il mondo (EN13595).

High heat resistance, cut-resistance, non-melting and low flammability, make TWARON® the best high protection innovative synthetic fiber.
PMJ tailors its products with ballistic TWARON®, the same used in the production of bulletproof vests, which is different from all other aramid fabrics, thanks to the shuttle construction with weft/warp woven. The material obtained from these innovative yarns is much stronger than many other, but of course also much more resistant. The resistance is much higher than “Kevlar”, cotton fabrics, knitted fabrics, linings and felt.
PMJ is the only company that made abrasion resistance and cut tests on aramid fibers. The test is the same used to test clothing for motorcyclists and provides values known throughout the world (EN13595).

It\'s a very good looking jeans that comes with good protection. It is my first PMJ so I am unsure if it\'s the case for all their models or just this one, but it definitely fits smaller. I would recommend going a size up. It has a bit of elastine so should stretch a bit in time.
