Aviator 3 élève le niveau de la compétition et redéfinit les standards d'un casque offroad. La coque, disponible dans la version Carbon 3K exclusivement sur le graphisme Carbon, fournit le noble HPC Carbon pour les autres variantes de graphisme.
La coque extérieure est disponible en 4 tailles dans les deux versions.
Les 8 prises d'air et les spoilers avec extracteurs intégrés rendent l'équipement de l'Aviator 3 confortable même dans les conditions d'utilisation les plus extrêmes, tout comme l'innovant AHS (Airoh Hydration System) intégré dans l'EPS.

Le développement technologique est une force inarrêtable, ainsi que l'ambition qui a poussé Airoh à introduire des systèmes encore plus performants, comme le nouveau système AMS2 Plus dont les paramètres de sécurité et de confort sont au plus haut niveau. Matériau plastique de pointe, conçu pour créer la meilleure défense contre les forces qui s'exercent sur la tête en cas d'impact. Le matériau, en contact avec la tête, a une forme de mémoire, garantissant un ajustement superlatif et améliorant le confort.
Le système, composé de deux coques superposées, de densités différentes, a été amélioré grâce à la nouvelle conception des polymères de silicone, qui assure un mouvement relatif entre les deux hémisphères. Les coques ont été conçues de façon à ce qu'elles soient plus résistantes aux chocs.
Airoh a porté le concept de démontage de la doublure intérieure à un niveau supérieur avec son AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System). L'AMLS est un système magnétique de doublure intérieure.
Le système Airoh qui permet un retrait rapide des coussinets de joue dans les situations d'urgence. Une sangle rouge sur la partie inférieure du coussinet de joue permet au personnel médical de les retirer alors que le casque est toujours en place. Faites le plein d'émotions. Aviator 3 raises the level of competition and redefines the standards of an offroad helmet. The shell, available in the Carbon 3K version exclusively on the Carbon graphic, provides the noble HPC Carbon for the other graphics variants.
There are 4 sizes of the outer shell in both versions, which was designed using the wind tunnel to engineer the best shapes and performance. Extreme attention was therefore paid to aerodynamics, with the aim of making the helmet stable even at high speeds, and to thermodynamics, to optimize thermoregulation.
Airoh's technological sum is condensed in this new product, in which the AMS2 Plus (Airoh Multiaction Safety System Plus), AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) and AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System) systems are profuse, which evolves, also including the magnetic cheek pads.
The 8 air intakes and spoilers with integrated extractors make the fitting of Aviator 3 comfortable even in the most extreme conditions of use, as does the innovative AHS (Airoh Hydration System) integrated into the EPS.

AMS2 Plus system
Technological development is an unstoppable force, as well as the ambition that spurred Airoh to introduce systems even more performing, like the new AMS2 Plus system which has safety and comfort parameters at the highest level.
For the first time a new material has been introduced, it is the heart of the system, it is able to dissipate kinetic energy in case of impact.
State-of-the-art plastic material, engineered to create the best defense against the forces involving the head, in case of impact. The material, in contact with the head, has memory form, guaranteeing a superlative fit and improving comfort.
The system, composed by two overlapping shells, with differentiated densities, has a further upgrade with the renewed design of silicone polymers, which ensures relative motion between two hemispheres.
This improvement makes the response to stresses even more effective in case of angular impact, and the resulting capacity of the AMS2 Plus system to dissipate the quantity of energy transmitted to the rider’s head.
AMLS - Airoh Magnetic Lining System
Airoh has taken the inner lining disassembly concept to an higher level with its AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System).
The crown padding has five strong magnets (three on the front and two at the rear), each cheek pads owns three; allows to easy remove inner lining for washing, providing also stability and comfort in every conditions of use.
AEFR - Airoh Emergency Fast Release
The Airoh system which allows a quick removal of the cheek pads in emergency situations. A red strap on the lower partof the cheek pad allows the medical staff to remove them with the helmet still on.
This allows the rescuers to safely free – in case of accident - the motorcyclist’s head from the helmet without causing any further trauma, injury or damage.
