How does D3O® material work?

D3O® is a patented material with intelligent molecules. It flows with you as you move but locks together on impact to absorb energy and protect you. This unique, innovative component provides optimal freedom of movement and surpasses standards.

D3O® back protection is low profiled, lightweight, flexible and soft. D3O® protectors allow for complete freedom of movement and mold to your body, so you will not even feel like you are wearing a back protector.

Airguard

Airguard is a fabric made of a specially developed fibre (100% polyamide). This so-called hollow fibre enables a low weight per unit area of the fabric and thus a high degree of wearing comfort. The air inclusion in the fibre supports the body's natural climate balance by insulating against cold and heat. Airguard has high abrasion and tear resistance and is also highly water and wind repellent. It is easy to clean and dries quickly. Airguard therefore meets all the requirements placed on high-quality and modern motorcycle clothing.

Heros®-Tec fabric

Heros®-Tec fabric consists of 100% polyester and is a synthetic fibre made of linear macromolecules. Polyester is used to manufacture various types of end products. The basic properties of polyester are elasticity, low moisture absorption, but also tensile strength and dimensional stability.
