X-Matrix 2 shell

X-Matrix 2 nieuwe formule combineert geavanceerde multi-direction lay-up en eerste kwaliteit composietmaterialen door middel van zes verschillende lagen die zorgen voor een optimale impact en penetratie prestaties voor snelheid evenementen, in vergelijking met een gewone vezel. Dit stelt ons in staat om een ultralichte shell te creëren die sterker, stijver en sterker is, maar het belangrijkste: een indrukwekkende hoge-energie impact management biedt, voor een wereldklasse bescherming.

Winter Membraan

Het Winter Membrane zorgt voor een betere controle over de frisse luchtstroom. Het kan worden uitgeschakeld door het te vouwen op het achterste deel van de binnenvoering.

Verbonden met de wereld

Ontworpen om een natuurlijke en intuïtieve interactie te bieden, praat gewoon om dingen gedaan te krijgen of gebruik het vereenvoudigde 3-knops systeem om de verschillende functies te bedienen. X-COM 2 is vanaf de basis ontworpen om plug-in componenten te bevatten, zodat batterij en draden geen afbreuk doen aan de ruimte of esthetiek van de helm.

The Winter Membrane allows a better control over the fresh air flow. It can be disabled by folding it on the back part of the inner liner.

Coming from a Schuberth this is definitely not a downgrade. Build quality feels solid and everything opens and closes with precision and no wobbles or rattling. The sun shade colour is excelent, not too dark, not too clear. The peak cannot be adjusted but it\'s already in the perfect position and, while the extension is included in the package, it does not seem to require it. Removing the side panels to reach the windshield screws was a nerve wrecking experience, I was convinced they will break considering what amount of force I had to use. A bit on the heavy side. No way to fit a Sena 20S without modifying the helmet other than by using the adhesive mount. Being built with X Comm compatibility in mind, the speakers and boom mike will stay very well fixed in place. For some reason, mine came with 2 missing screws for the top air intake which rotates freely with nothing but the camera support screw keeping it in place. Nothing hard to fix with a bit of double side tape, in this case.. however, dissapointing.QA for sure. Overall a solid helmet choice, silent and feeling just like a full face once closed.
